Refund policy

At Belluno Homes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we follow the UK Consumer Rights Act and the UK Distance Selling Regulations, your statutory rights are completely protected.

1. The 30-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right to Reconsider)

You have 30 days from the day your product is physically delivered to your address to cancel your order and return it for any reason, per UK law. This rule applies to both regular-priced and sale items.

To be eligible for a return due to a change of heart, your item must be unused, dismantled, and in its original packaging.

2. Items that are wrong, damaged, or defective (30-Day Right to Reject)

If your things arrive damaged, fail to arrive, are not as described, or are unfit for their intended use, you have a legal right to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Please inspect your items when they are delivered. If you notice any damage or missing parts, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can arrange for a prompt courier pickup or offer replacement parts immediately.
If an item is discovered to be damaged or structurally deficient during assembly, kindly stop the assembly immediately and notify us. Your statutory rights regarding manufacturing defects are unaffected if assembly has been attempted.

5. Non-Refundable Products

Please be aware that the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Items that are fully assembled but show signs of wear and tear (change of mind returns only)
Items returned after the 30-day return window has passed
Products that are damaged due to user error, excessive use, or improper installation against instructions
Bespoke or custom-made furniture that is ordered based on specific dimensions, finishes, or configurations

Please be advised that these exclusions have no bearing on your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act in cases involving defective, damaged, or misrepresented products.

3. Return Shipping Procedure

How to initiate a return: Email support@bellunohomes.co.uk or send us a WhatsApp message at +447848179807 to seek a return authorization.
Return Procedures: All returns must be mailed or delivered by courier to Belluno Homes, 35 Longfield Rd, Bolton BL3 3TA, United Kingdom.
Return Shipping Fees: If a customer has a change of heart, they are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Razara Home will arrange a courier pickup at our expense or provide a pre-paid postage label.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service and obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot assure that we will get your returned items without tracking information.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

You will receive an email from us confirming the status of your refund and informing you that our warehouse team has received and reviewed your return.

If a refund is accepted, it will be processed immediately and reimbursed to your original payment method within eight business days. Please be advised that your bank or payment provider may take longer to process and post the refund.

5. Restocking Charges:

There's no cost for restocking.

6. Exchanges of Products

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any catalog items. If you need to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please use the details below to get in touch with our support staff.
