2. Shipping Prices and Destinations

Delivery Area: We only deliver to addresses on the continent of the United Kingdom.
Shipping Cost: Everything in our catalog is eligible for 100% free shipping.
No Hidden Fees: The total amount you pay is just what is displayed in your basket. There are no undeclared delivery expenses or unforeseen administrative fees at checkout.

3. Delivery and Processing Schedules

Our entire order-to-delivery life cycle is organized precisely around the following time periods:

Daily orders must be placed by 2:00 PM UK time. After this deadline, orders will begin to be processed the following business day.

Monday through Saturday, order processing takes 1 to 4 days. In order to prepare, package, and transport your furniture properly, our warehouse needs this time.

Transit takes 1 to 8 days (Monday through Saturday). This is your shipment's active travel time.

Total Delivery Time: 4–12 days following the original purchase date. Standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

3. Order Monitoring

At Belluno Homes, we don't employ outside couriers; instead, we use our own special delivery van for every delivery. This implies that we personally and directly notify you at each step rather than using a standard tracking link.

4. Delays or Lost Packages

Please email us at support@bellunohomes.co.uk if your package hasn't arrived within 14 days of the anticipated delivery date. We'll start looking into it and try to find a swift solution.

Dispatch Confirmation: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email or SMS confirming that your delivery is on its way.

Delivery Window: We will contact you one to two days before your scheduled delivery date in order to give you an exact 4-hour arrival window.

Driver Notice: Our driver will call you 30 minutes before the delivery day to let you know exactly when to expect us.

5. Organizing Your Delivery to Your Home

We carefully prepare and coordinate our distribution routes to guarantee the safe delivery of your furniture:

Delivery Slots: We will provide you with a 4-hour window at least one to two days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Driver Notice: Our delivery driver will contact you thirty minutes prior to delivery on the morning of your arrival date so that you won't have to wait all day at home.
Rescheduling and Cancelations: You can modify, postpone, or cancel your delivery window up to 24 hours prior to your booked time slot. If you contact us during this time, we can reschedule your delivery date without charging you more.
Missed Deliveries: If you decline a delivery time slot or are unable to accept it at home, we will make every effort to provide you a different time slot within ten working days.

6. On the Day of Delivery (Key Requirements)

Ground Floor Drop-Off: Items will be safely unmanifested and delivered to the first, most practical ground floor location within your building as part of a routine freight operation.
Stairs Policy: Unsupervised ordinary courier drivers are not permitted to carry heavy furniture items upstairs. This rule applies strictly to staircases within residences as well as multi-story apartment buildings that are not on the ground floor.
Upstairs Risk: Any transfer of goods above the ground floor is entirely the contractor's duty and discretion.
Property and Assembly Restrictions: Our drivers are not permitted to move or remove your existing furniture or personal possessions. Unless a specific setup tier has been reserved beforehand, drivers will not install structural components or assemble items.
